Education CS, George Magoha has for the second time been caught in public scolding another government official.
In the viral video, Magoha was captured badly scolding Rift Valley Regional Director of Education, John Ololtuaa after it emerged that he had not been touring schools in the Baringo County.
You are coming here for the first time, let that nonsense stop, i will not take it. If you want to resign to go to politics do so now. You must make sure you are available and doing your job,
Magoha told the Education Director.
In the video, another official tried to interrupt Magoha but the CS dealt him a stopper saying;
You shut up! He is the one in charge of everybody.
This is not the first time for the CS to be caught on camera scolding his team.In November 2020, Magoha badly insulted another education official in Eldoret where he said;
If I say you are a fool would I be lying? Wewe ni mjinga kabisa.
