Mzee Nasib Abdul, widely recognized as the biological father of the renowned Bongo Flavour artist in Africa, Diamond Platnumz, recently decided to shed light on his current lifestyle and the reasons behind his struggles, despite his son’s millionaire status.
Having been in the public eye for some time, it’s apparent that Nasib’s son, Diamond Platnumz, has not extended financial support to him. Instead, Diamond has chosen to support his mother, Mama Dang’ote, who is living a luxurious life, enjoying the fruits of her son’s success.
During an interview with online media, Nasib refuted rumors questioning his paternity of Diamond Platnumz. He asserted that he possesses concrete evidence establishing his biological connection to Diamond and emphasized his active role in Diamond’s early life. However, a disagreement between him and Mama Dang’ote led to their separation.
Nasib clarified that he harbors no resentment towards Diamond supporting Mama Dang’ote, but he urges his son to also consider supporting him. According to Nasib, the disagreement was solely between him and Mama Dang’ote and not involving Diamond.
Expressing a sense of acceptance, Mzee Nasib acknowledged his predicament, acknowledging his son’s immense wealth while lamenting his own struggles. Despite the evident disparity, Nasib emphasized that material wealth holds no value in the afterlife. He declared that if he were to pass away, Diamond should refrain from attending his burial, as he feels abandoned by his son.
Remaining steadfast in his decision, Mzee Nasib asserted that he won’t plead for support, attributing his circumstances to the divine plan. He accepts his fate and believes that everything unfolds according to the will of God.
