Online entertainer Mulamwah has candidly discussed his financial situation and aspirations to construct a mansion in his hometown of Kitale.
During an interactive Q&A session with his followers on Instagram, Mulamwah disclosed that he relies on public transportation and doesn’t possess any automobiles. Additionally, he mentioned that his monthly rent for a one-bedroom apartment in Nairobi is Ksh 10,000.
Mulamwah revealed that he is presently in the process of constructing a two-story mansion in Kitale, having already invested Ksh 8.5 million into the project. He anticipates the completion of the mansion in the near future.
Responding to a question regarding the choice between purchasing a car or building a house first, Mulamwah asserted that the decision hinges on individual priorities. He acknowledged that some individuals prioritize car ownership for convenience, while others opt to invest in real estate.
Mulamwah also disclosed his involvement in approximately ten bodabodas (motorcycle taxis) in Kitale. He stated that these motorbikes generate about Ksh 500 per day per rider, resulting in a daily income of approximately Ksh 150,000.
Regarding his net worth, Mulamwah estimated it to be roughly Ksh 4 million. He expressed gratitude for the opportunities he’s received and emphasized his dedication to realizing his aspirations.
