The former First Lady, Mama Ngina Kenyatta has woed the Mt Kenya Region to follow President Uhuru in his succession politics.
This come barely two weeks after president Kenyatta endorsed Raila for presidency.
Now, Mama Ngina has said that the Mt Kenya Region should take Uhuru’s words saying that he can’t mislead them.
She was speaking at the burial of her cousin in Gatundu South Constituency yesterday, March 22, where she called out politicians who have been insulting her son.
“Let me tell those who are hurling insults we will just leave them to it. Let’s love each other because the country is ours. Your leader cannot mislead you or show you the wrong path to follow,” she said.
She also stated that Uhuru’s decision to cut ties with Ruto was not meant with bad blood but it was because of the interest of the citizens.
