Bizzare

landlord caught on camera having ‘TWATWA’ on tenants’ bed and using the wife’s WEDDING DRESS to clean up mess

The damning video evidence captures an appalling incident in which an individual, alongside a companion, undresses before engaging in explicit activity. To add to the repugnance, the partner is seen using a dress that belonged to Mikaela, who had been married to Logan just the previous year, to wipe his genitals. Furthermore, the perpetrator was witnessed using another piece of fabric to clean a lubricant stain that was left on the bedsheet.

The victim of this horrifying violation, Logan, was alerted to these heinous acts while he was at work. An app linked to the camera in his bedroom detected unusual activity and sent a notification to his phone. Quijada-Lara, aged 39, is now facing the possibility of a prison sentence of up to four years after pleading guilty to trespassing in Colorado Springs, USA. His sentencing is scheduled for September.

The authorities apprehended this individual after Logan provided them with the six-minute video footage in November. Logan shared his disbelief at the situation, stating, “I got a notification from one of the cameras on lunch the other day that it detected noise, and it was strange because both of us work all day every day. I opened up the camera and had to quit the program and restart it again because I didn’t really believe what I saw.”

Police Lieutenant Howard Black commented on Quijada-Lara’s arrest, asserting, “Landlords don’t have the ability to go into tenant apartments and do whatever they want to do.”

In addition to a potential prison term, Quijada-Lara could face a fine of $100,000 (£76,000). This incident is reminiscent of a case in March where millionaire British landlord Fergus Wilson came under scrutiny for barring “coloured people” from his properties, citing concerns about the “curry smell.” A leaked email from Kent property tycoon Wilson revealed his discriminatory stance against minority tenants.
