Kenyan digital creator and entrepreneur Robert Ndegwa, widely known as Thee Pluto, has revealed that he and his girlfriend Felicity have decided to part ways.
In an Instagram post, Thee Pluto expressed gratitude to his fans and friends for their support throughout his three-year relationship with Felicity.
He requested that his followers refrain from spreading rumors or speculating about the reasons for their breakup.
Thee Pluto emphasized that they have mutually agreed to co-parent their daughter, Zoey, in a peaceful manner to ensure that her well-being remains unaffected. He also asked for privacy during this challenging time.
Recently, Felicity celebrated her 25th birthday, and while Thee Pluto had initially wished her well publicly, fans noticed that he has since deleted the post and some of their recent photos together. Additionally, the two have unfollowed each other on Instagram following the announcement.
Despite being in a long-term relationship and having a daughter together, the couple had not yet married. In a previous interview with Mungai Eve, Felicity explained that one of the key reasons for the delay was their differing religious backgrounds.
Thee Pluto is a Muslim, while Felicity is a Christian, which created a significant but manageable obstacle in their plans for marriage.
“We often talk about it with Pluto. You know, he’s Muslim, and I’m Christian. He usually tells me he wants us to have a Muslim wedding, but I tell him I want a church wedding. We’re just stuck there,” she shared.
