On the morning of Monday, Shirleen Muchoki, the eldest daughter of the renowned Mugithi artist Samidoh, confirmed that her father is currently in the United States with them.
Shirleen corroborated the earlier announcement made by Senator Karen Nyamu, who had disclosed the news of Samidoh’s visit during the weekend in one of her posts.
In response to a fan’s inquiry on her recent Facebook post, the nominated senator affirmed that Samidoh traveled to the United States to spend time with his children.
She further emphasized that there would be no complications if the Mugithi artist chose to reconcile with his first wife, Edday Nderitu.
“He (Samidoh) is currently there to see the children. Even if Edday comes back into the picture, we’ve shared many peaceful years, and she will not pose any issues,” stated Karen Nyamu on Friday.
Additionally, she clarified that she would not be joining Samidoh and his other family in the United States, as it would complicate matters against their wishes.
On Monday morning, it was revealed that Samidoh is currently in Boston, USA, where he has had the opportunity to reunite with his children after an extended period.
The exact date of the skilled Kikuyu musician’s arrival in the Western country remains unclear, but his daughter, Shirleen Muchoki, shared the news of their reunion.
Interestingly, Samidoh and Edday left fans puzzled after both shared videos dancing to Kuruga wa Wanjiku’s “Kau Kanua,” a song that primarily addresses someone with a big mouth.
