Judy Nyawira, wife of actor Abel Mutua, has declared that she would not have another child, even if offered a substantial sum of money. This revelation came during a Q&A segment on her YouTube channel.
In a lighthearted moment, Mutua asked Nyawira if she would consider having another child if she were promised a large monetary reward. Despite the offer, Nyawira firmly stated that she is not interested in expanding her family.
Mutua posed a hypothetical scenario, offering 100 million shillings to which Nyawira responded unequivocally: “To tell the truth, no. I can’t. I think that is a page that I closed completely, and I don’t think money can change it.”
When Mutua increased the hypothetical sum to 200 million shillings, Nyawira’s stance remained unchanged. She reiterated, “My answer will still be no. I know it sounds like ‘but you don’t have the money to raise him,’ but you know that’s not the point. Yes, I have money right now, but I don’t think so.”
Ultimately, Mutua concurred with his wife’s decision but added that if he were given 500 million shillings, he might reconsider, acknowledging that the financial burden would be lighter for him compared to Nyawira. “For me, it’s just fine because I see the pressure is not as much as for you,” Mutua said. “Above, you know many responsibilities of a man are that this child should be fine. Now that I have 500 million, we would plan thoroughly, and even our employees would have deputies. We would create jobs.”
