Kenyan artist Wahu Kagwi has once again addressed the persistent rumors surrounding her potential fourth pregnancy. Taking to social media, Wahu acknowledged the numerous congratulatory messages she has received, with some well-wishers expressing hopes for a baby boy.
Despite the good intentions behind these messages, the mother of three clarified that she is content with her three daughters and has no desire to expand her family further. Wahu expressed gratitude for her blessings, emphasizing that she is not anticipating the arrival of another child.
“I am not pregnant, and I have no inclination to revisit that journey. We have been blessed abundantly, and I am immensely thankful to God. However, that chapter is joyfully closed. We are content,” stated Wahu.
Addressing the circulating pregnancy rumors, the musician assured her followers that she is in good health and not expecting. Wahu concluded her message by extending best wishes to women who are hopeful for the gift of children.
This is not the first instance in which Wahu has addressed pregnancy speculations. In a previous occurrence in August, she and her husband Nameless attended an event together, triggering congratulatory comments from fans. Wahu clarified that she was not pregnant and attributed any changes in her appearance to simply enjoying her meals without the added expectation of impending motherhood.
Wahu and Nameless welcomed their third daughter, Shiru, in October of the preceding year. In February of the current year, Wahu responded to body-shaming comments on Instagram. Furthermore, in October of the prior year, Nameless defended himself against fans pressuring him to father a son. He expressed contentment as a “girl dad” and advocated for moving away from outdated traditions, urging a reevaluation of cultural aspects that hinder progress.
