Details emerging indicates that Oscar Sudi forged his academic details.
This is after a copy of the Certificate of Management of NGOs presented by Oscar Sudi to the EACC did not belong to him.
The documents belong to Scholasrica Achieng Odhiambo while the Diploma belongs to Elkanah K Kimutai.
Testifying before Milimani AntiCorruption Magistrate Felix Kombo, the details said that the admission number NRB/20879 belongs to one Scholastica Achieng who holds a diploma in Management of NGOs, registered in 2005.
Notably, the Kenya National of Examination Council told the court that the index number 401006/081 belongs to one Obaje Bob Onyango.
Sudi had claimed that he had registered for Highway High School, which according to the court is non existence.
Reacting to the emerging emerging details, Senator Ledama Ole Kina said that Sudi is a con implying that he is a con who doesn’t deserve to hold a public office.
