Murang’a County Governor and 2022 presidential candidate, Mwangi Wa Iria has badly blasted Mt Kenya tycoons who have been holding and brokering meetings with different presidential candidates ahead of the 2022 general elections.
Key to note is that Orange Democratic Movement Party Leader, Raila Odinga has been meeting they billionaires at Safari Park Hotel in Nairobi for the past few weeks.
Speaking on Tuesday, the Murang’a County Governor lubished the meetings saying that thee tycoons have no influence in Mt Kenya.
Wa Iria added that Kenyans are sane and do not need tycoons to them who to vote in adding that the billionaires main agenda is to protect their questionable wealth.
“These people called MKF are rogue businessmen who have no say when it comes to Mt Kenya politics”
“I want to advise Raila Odinga and other presidential candidates to avoid associating themselves with these men. They have no support at the grassroots level,” Wa Iria stated
