Gap Between Raila And Ruto As Per The Latest Provisional Presidential Results

The tally of presidential results at Evening on August 11 is progressing well, which suggests that it could be completed by the end of the day. Wafula Chebukati, IEBC President said in her speech in Kenya’s Bomas at 11 p.m. that the committee was able to appreciate the continued disparity between broadcasters’ different tally results.

Wafula argues that the main reason is that the channels all use different download methods, even though the end result will be the same since they all come from the same source.

We are aware of differences between the social networking sites used for presidential results, but since they use different systems and pull information from the same source, the final results should be comparable.

IEBC President Wafula Chebukati said. According to Nation, Ruto was the favourite with 49.94% of the vote in Azimio’s presidential primaries at 11:00pm. The results of all the presidential candidates are outlined as follows:

Professor George Wajackoyah of the Roots party received 56,079 votes, or 0.43% of the total vote nationally, David Mwaure of the Agano party, 28,765 votes, or 0.22%, and Azimio’s Raila Odinga, 6,377,879 votes. or 49.37% William Ruto of UDA received 6,361,170 votes or 49.24%.
