Controversial pastor Victor Kanyari has made headlines once again, this time for announcing his search for love through the social media platform TikTok.
Known for his provocative methods and outspoken nature, Kanyari is no stranger to stirring up controversy, and his recent revelation has reignited public interest.
In a live session on TikTok, the self-proclaimed prophet boldly expressed his desire to find a life partner using the platform, stating, “I want to marry, and I will marry here on TikTok.”
He emphasized the possibility of forming a connection without the need for extensive prior acquaintance, asserting, “I will find a good girl here, and don’t tell me people need to know each other beforehand. If it doesn’t work out, I will come back here on TikTok and announce it didn’t work, and we will part ways.”
During his TikTok broadcast, Pastor Kanyari also addressed various other contentious issues, including accusations of financial impropriety and his lavish lifestyle.
Responding to claims of being a con artist, he defended himself by showcasing his material wealth, stating, “Some accuse me of being a fraud, but I have worked hard. I own V8s, Range Rovers, and you expect me to live in poverty.”
Kanyari did not shy away from criticizing fellow religious leaders, particularly regarding their stances on social issues such as LGBTQ rights. He advocated for a more inclusive approach, condemning judgmental attitudes within certain religious circles.
Furthermore, Pastor Kanyari discussed the topic of financial contributions within religious communities, acknowledging the prevalence of offerings while asserting his independence from soliciting donations from his congregation. He stated, “I have ceased asking my congregation for money. I was exhausted. Let me sit back and allow people to give offerings willingly. Let me handle the finances.”
Despite his controversial past involving soliciting donations, Kanyari expressed a shift in his approach, focusing on voluntary contributions rather than actively seeking financial support from his followers.
