Sheriffa Wambui, also known as Manzi wa Kibera, a prominent social figure, has recently mended her relationship with her older partner of 66 years.
The couple’s joyful reunion took place during an interview with YouTuber Nicholas Kioko, following the socialite’s heartfelt plea for forgiveness from her elder companion.
“I deeply apologize for everything, and I ask for your forgiveness,” she expressed before her partner interjected, stating, “I forgive you, I truly forgive you, let’s not revisit this again.”
Subsequently, the two exchanged sincere embraces, reiterating their commitment to love and support one another. Additionally, they refuted speculations regarding the authenticity of their relationship.
“The resurgence of affection between us is a genuine rekindling of our love, not a pursuit of fame. We are returning to our love and support for each other. Age is merely a number, and challenges are inherent in any relationship,” the socialite affirmed.
The socialite then labored to provide an explanation for their past troubles, attributing her decision to part ways with her partner to his tendency to spend money on other women.
“Your actions were unwise, those frivolous transactions with other women,” she remarked, prompting her partner to inquire, “When did you witness these actions with these women? Where were you?”
Earlier in the week, the older gentleman disclosed to a local YouTuber that the socialite had left him during a time of financial hardship.
He went on to share that the Kibera-based socialite had absconded with his property’s title deed and had since avoided his attempts at communication.
“Even the title deed for my land, I had entrusted it to her. Our plan was to construct a small home and cultivate the land together. Even if it were just a few goats, we would have raised them. I gave it to her for safekeeping. I’m hoping she can return it. If she believes we have no future, she can return my title deed,” the older man recounted.
“She abandoned me, leaving me deeply concerned. The way I lived in the past is nothing like how I’m living now. When I call her, she doesn’t pick up. She perceived that my financial resources had depleted,” he added.
In a heartfelt plea, the gentleman implored the socialite to return his title deed, expressing his willingness to forgive her.
“Manzi wa Kibera, I’m telling you, if you truly care for me, kindly return my title deed. If you don’t see a future for us, then return it. And if you envision a shared life, bring back my title deed, so we can make plans for a future where we can build a home together, live in harmony in our home, far from the busy city life. That’s all I’m saying,” he concluded.
