A helpless woman in Mombasa county is seeking justice to apprehend the man who forcefully slept with her in the bush, leaving her with several injuries.
As per police reports, a middle aged lady was rescued by a good Samaritans, while being defiled by an armed officer in the bush.
The reports from the police show a neighbor to the casualty welcomes an officer to his home over the midweek, who goes to be a defiler from there on.
While affirming the incident, the police commander said the suspect lured the victim with a lift in his vehicle, he dropped off one of his passengers and afterward proceeded to pack his vehicle in a nearby bush, where he is said to have attacked the said woman.
Subsequent to finishing doing the shameful act, the suspect drove and threatened to kill the victim if she would share the incident with anyone.
The lady is said to have grabbed the vehicle’s steering wheel thus the car , loosing control, and the neighbors responded to her screams and went to help.
Mombasa sub county Police Commander, in his assertions to media houses, said that officers raced to the scene and managed to capture the suspect before the situation was incontrollable.
The police officer further affirms that the suspect has been captured and arrested, where he anticipates to be summoned in court once the examination is finished.
“The man will be charged with a defilement case, which is a more serious offense as the victim was defiled and got injuries in the process. He will also be charged with having an indecent act with an adult,” the police commander said.
