Kayole Woman Painfully Wails by River Bank
Another story revealed that the demolitions in Kayole started after the government’s move to start reclaiming riparian reserves in Nairobi, Mathare and Ngong Rivers.
The woman in the video said they were unaware of the demolitions and had not picked anything from their houses.
The woman begged a police officer overseeing the demolitions to allow her to pick her belongings from the house, but the cries fell on deaf ears.
