The pastor is seen in the video that has been widely shared online unleashing a hot slap on the woman during deliverance service that was aired in a local TV station.
He claimed that he was casting out evil spirits.
The video comes barely a month after Raila’s wife, Ida Odinga, called for the regulation of churches to weed out rogue preachers.
