Popular Kenyan content creator Kelvin Kinuthia is once again making headlines after revealing his plans to undergo breast augmentation surgery in his ongoing quest to achieve his dream physique.
Known for his bold personality and unapologetic self-expression, Kinuthia has never shied away from cosmetic procedures. He recently had his beard lasered off and previously underwent a gastric balloon procedure to support his weight loss goals.
Now, the TikTok and YouTube sensation has shared that he is seriously considering breast enhancement to embrace a more feminine look.
“Kuna procedure nataka kuenda. Mnaona navaanga nguo na hakuna kitu ya kushikilia… Si kubwa but something,”
Kinuthia said during an interview with Mungai Eve, expressing his desire for a subtle enhancement.
While the idea has been on his mind for a while, the high cost initially discouraged him. The procedure is estimated to cost between Kshs 1.3 million and 1.6 million, an amount he humorously compared to a car deposit.
“I’ve done my research but cost ilinishtua. About one point something million. Hiyo ni deposit ya gari mzima. But nikipata pesa mzuri ntaenda,” he added.
Despite the hefty price tag, Kinuthia made it clear that he’s determined to follow through once he’s financially ready.
Beyond his transformation journey, Kinuthia also offered a rare glimpse into his romantic life. He revealed he’s currently in a relationship that’s nearing the two-year mark, although he remained tight-lipped on the details.
“Si mzungu mzee… Ni myoung,” he clarified, dismissing rumors about his partner’s age.
“Nimekuwa kwa relationships mingi hata sidhani naweza kuhasabu. The longest was two years. But ya sahi inaenda kufika 2 years. Ni kucheza tu chini ya maji.”
Kinuthia also addressed a question he often gets from fans — about having children. For now, he says starting a family isn’t a priority, but he hasn’t completely ruled it out.
“Sijawahi kaa chini nikapiga hesabu ya kuwa na watoto. It’s possible but naona inataka kukaa chini vizuri,” he said.
“But maybe two wakienda sana. Akitaka sita heri hiyo relationship iishe,” he joked.
Should he go ahead with the surgery, Kinuthia would be joining a growing list of Kenyan celebrities like Murugi Munyi, Tanasha Donna, and Huddah Monroe, who have openly embraced body enhancement procedures.
