Serah, a 34-year-old Kamba woman originally from Makueni and currently living in Nairobi, has openly declared that she is ready to leave her life as a nun behind. Speaking in an interview on the Njenga Njeru YouTube channel, Serah revealed that after nearly a decade of living a religious life, she has realized it was never truly her calling.
“I’ve been pretending,” Serah confessed. “For the past nine years, I’ve tried to live as a nun, but deep down I’ve always known I was meant to be a wife and a mother.”
Now ready to embrace a new chapter, Serah is actively looking for a man who is respectful, responsible, and kind—someone who is serious about marriage and starting a family. She says she’s open to any man who is genuine about settling down.
Serah, who runs a business in Nairobi and is financially stable, has no children yet but says she is more than ready to build a family with the right partner.
“I’m not looking for perfection,” she added. “Just a man who values love, family, and commitment.”
