Kenya’s fast-rising drill artist Boutross Munene has continued to capture attention not just with his music but also with his personal revelations. The rapper shot to fame with his viral hit Yeayea, which has over 3 million views on YouTube. He describes his sound as a unique fusion of rap and sheng, and apart from being a singer, he is also a producer, dancer, and chef. His recent release Angela Baddie, done in collaboration with his best friend, quickly became a fan favorite and clocked more than 1.5 million views in just a month.
Speaking in an interview with Obinna, Boutross admitted that he finds it difficult to maintain a serious romantic relationship. He explained that the demands and challenges of love do not align with his busy music career, and for now, his main focus is on producing hits. The young star further revealed that he is not ready for full commitment or to remain faithful to just one partner at this stage of his life.
Away from music, Boutross stirred conversation when he confessed his love for older women, saying he is attracted to their maturity and curvaceous bodies, describing dating them as “sweet like honey.” He even went ahead to mention his admiration for TikTok star Azziad Nasenya, boldly hinting that he would not mind taking her out on a date.
