Nyali constituency member of parliament Journalist ” Jicho Pevu” Hon. Mohamed Ali has sparked mixed reactions on social media after revealing details of Ksh 1 million damages due to the defamatory story by the Star which alleged that he had been caught in embezzlement of CDF funds.
Writing his contemplations online in a post on his Twitter page, he said that he has been granted Ksh. 1 million over a publication that was conveyed by the Star wherein the paper asserted that he had been involved in embezzlement of CDF moneys, and the story was found to be defamatory for the young upcoming journalists dealing with the facts like he did, a post that has illicited mixed reactions from Netizens online.
