A Murang’a man has raised mixed reactions amongst social media users after revealing that he met a lady on Facebook and invited her for a blind date only to find out that the lady is his wife.
According to the man going by his social media name, James K Kimani, he had been chatting with the lady and was pleased by the profile photos on the lady’s timeline.
He revealed that the lady had said that her husband had died three years ago after a lorry ran over him while he was working as a mechanic.

“We talked for like two weeks and I invited her over for a blind date not knowing that she was someone very close to me.”
“When I entered the hotel, I first saw my wife, I was shocked, I called the lady’s phone and my wife’s rang. She looked at me and I walked to her.”
“She told me that she was the Facebook lady, at this moment I was sweating.She told me that she already knew it was me all along and wanted to test my loyalty to her. She ordered and we talked and then later I apologized with my face filled with shame,” he stated.
