‘Wanjogothaga niki’ hit maker, Joyce Wa Mamaa has hinted that radio presenter, Munyeki Sonko might be trying to win her back.
Wa Mamaa taking to her social media account shared a cryptic message cautioning it;
“A Daddy can walk away, but a mother will stay forever. Salute to all mothers in here!!!🙄🙄.”
As earlier reported by muranganewspaper.co.ke, the Kikuyu Benga musician was once engaged to a popular Gukena FM radio presenter Munyeki Sonko before their relationship went sour.
The two had met at KBC’s Coro FM where Munyeki was working back then.The two were however blessed with a kid who now is said to be around 7 years of age.
Munyeki however left her while she was still pregnant reason better known to them.After she released her hit song ‘Wanjogothaga nîkî’,everybody hypothesized that the song was been directed to her former hubby munyeki.
In a past interview word is, Wa Mamma refuted the claims but confirmed the two were a thing.Gukena FM sports presenter also confirmed they were both in a relationship however claimed the love faded.
He however disclosed that the wife got pregnant but failed to tell him until when she was 7 months, been the cause of their love ending.He further added that the song followed just after they divorced and he believed it had been directed to him.
They both however admitted they loved each other but accepted their love is no more.
