Comedian Oga Obinna found himself in a challenging predicament when his four children insisted on undergoing a DNA test.
The conversation began with Ada, his third child, pointing out stark differences that made her feel distinct from her siblings. Notably, Ada’s lighter skin tone and dimples set her apart from both Obinna and her mother. The disparity was accentuated by the fact that Ada did not resemble her younger sister, with whom she shares the same mother.
Expressing their suspicions collectively, the four children conveyed to Obinna that they questioned his paternity due to variations in their appearances and preferences, despite some similarities in skin color.
Obinna’s eldest child conveyed indifference, stating, “I don’t care if you’re my dad; life goes on whether you are or not.” Brianna, the second child, echoed this sentiment, expressing her desire to seek her real father who had apparently abandoned her.
Despite the emotional turmoil, Obinna apologized for the confusion and affirmed his commitment to finding a resolution. Ada and the youngest, Lola, declared that they would prefer living on the streets over being adopted by another father, emphasizing their disinterest in their biological parentage.
In response, Obinna confronted the children, questioning their reaction if it turned out later that he was not their biological father. Despite their plea for a paternity test, Obinna stood firm, asserting that he is their father and rejecting their requests.
Expressing his deep emotional connection, Obinna declared, “Since I can’t imagine my life without you, I won’t take a DNA test for you guys.” He emphasized his unwavering love, concluding, “With or without a DNA test, we end this story with you guys being my babies. You guys are my people, and a DNA test will be considered when you grow up.”
It is revealed that Obinna has three baby mamas and four children. Despite the challenges of co-parenting with his ex-partners, Obinna has acknowledged the complexities involved in navigating such relationships.
