Inooro TV Journalist Quits, Set To Announce Next Destination Soon.

As the political season starts, various journalists from different media houses are being poached ahead of the 2022 general elections.

Inooro TV is one of the station that has lost one of its journalists to a rival station.

Festus Lang’o, a presenter and reporter has announced his exit from Inooro TV.

Sharing the update on his Facebook page, Festus thanked his audience for the great support since he joined the Royal Media owned station.

He went on to thank the station’s management for giving him an opportunity to work there for four years.

“It’s a journey that started four years ago and I would like to thank my immediate former bosses Mercy Oburu, Collins Okoth, Sammy Kigo (former Asst. HR) and Patrick Rukwaro for believing in me,” Lang’o wrote.

“They decided to hire me since they thought I was the best among the 14 applicants that expressed interests and its my trust that I did not disappoint them.”

It is not yet clear where he will be headed next but he stated that he will make the announcement in due time.

Festus was previously employed by Star TV in Tanzania as a sports journalist before joining joining Inooro TV.
