The woman explained that she had been fired from her job and was unable to find new employment. Consequently, she was unable to pay her rent and the caretaker threatened to lock her out of her home unless she paid or agreed to have sex with him. Desperate and with no other option, she gave in to his demands.
However, this quickly became a habit for the caretaker, who would show up at her door whenever he felt like having sex. If she tried to resist, he would threaten to evict her. The woman admitted that she was tired of sleeping with him, especially since he was an older man who was already married. The experience had left her with a negative view of men, and she was finding it difficult to trust or fall in love.
The woman felt helpless, as she had no way to pay off her rent arrears. She appealed to the generosity of Kenyans who may be able to help her out of her situation. Any assistance would be greatly appreciated.
