Comedian Eric Omondi and Oga Obinna Engage in Heated Clash over Charity Campaigns
Nairobi, Kenya – A clash has ensued between popular comedians Eric Omondi and Oga Obinna following a controversial video released by the former Kiss100 presenter. In the video, Oga Obinna sought to uncover Eric Omondi’s motives and actions regarding his charity campaigns.
Oga Obinna questioned the authenticity of Eric Omondi’s charity work, where he travels throughout the country distributing either fury or sugar to individuals. Moreover, Eric has been known to pay fines and bail for petty offenders who are unable to raise the required funds themselves.
In a swift response, Eric Omondi lashed out at his fellow comedian, accusing him of meddling in his affairs while contributing little to assist the Kenyan people. The reaction from Kenyans was one of anger towards Oga Obinna’s claims, urging him to back up his words with concrete action and follow through on his calls for structural change.
Eric Omondi took to social media to express his frustration, stating, “I have WARNED you twice!!! But now you have crossed the line!!! Unaongea mob sanaaa… What have you done to help anyone? I will deal with you once and for all. I warned you never to mention my name ever again.”
In a move reminiscent of politician Mike Sonko, Eric Omondi showcased what he claims to be a staggering sum of Sh13 million on social media, as a direct response to Oga Obinna’s accusations of being a political plant.
The feud between the two comedians continues to escalate, leaving some speculating that they may take their grievances to the comedy circuit, promising an intense and entertaining showdown for their fans.
