There was drama in Kitui after students went on a rampage following cases of white people allegedly dancing in the school dormitory.
The students at Katse Girls Secondary, which has closed indefinitely said that they have been seeing white people dancing all around the dormitory at midnight.
A police report indicated that students scrambled for safety at a nearby primary school following the incident.
“The principal and the watchman went to Form Three and Fours dormitory to find out what had happened only to find that they were all not in the dormitory,” the report read in part.
It has been reported that the school principal reported the matter to the nearby police and established that 46 students were missing.
The board members after the incident agreed to close the school until further notice.
Investigations are currently underway.
