With resilience and the support of her loved ones, Carol overcame this challenging period and seized a new opportunity in Rwanda, courtesy of Nick Hughes, the director of Vivid Features. Though her subsequent roles at Citizen TV and other media outlets were short-lived, Carol’s resourcefulness allowed her to make ends meet by organizing shoots for international news agencies.
These challenges ultimately became transformative moments in Carol’s life. She embraced financial responsibility and understood the importance of saving and planning for the future. This shift in mindset propelled her forward, reigniting her determination to succeed in sports media.

She embraced the role wholeheartedly, bringing her expertise, versatility, and captivating style to engage a wide audience.
