A woman residing in Mjengo, Nyeri County, recently initiated divorce proceedings against her newlywed husband, citing an unusual reason – his excessively large manhood, as reported by local sources.
This mother of three, who also manages the household, sought the dissolution of her marriage with her spouse on the grounds of his well-endowed anatomy. Surprisingly, their divorce was swiftly granted within a week in a legal court, adhering to Kenyan law that recognized their brief union.
The woman’s journey into matrimony with this man commenced after the breakdown of her previous marriage. Following local customs, before settling in her husband’s residence, she was expected to stay temporarily at his parents’ home.
However, it was during their first intimate encounter that she claims the distressing ordeal began. Expressing her discomfort in court, she conveyed, “It’s strange; I can no longer derive pleasure from our physical intimacy. His manhood is unbearable, too large for my comfort. I cannot endure this any longer.” Her plea for divorce was duly granted by the court.
Following their initial sexual encounter, she confided in her mother, who advised her to endure the situation, assuring her that with time, she would adapt. The mother even provided her with medication, hoping to alleviate the perceived problem. Despite these efforts, subsequent attempts at intimacy proved excessively painful for the woman.
In the court proceedings, she asserted, “We attempted to engage in intimate relations again, but it was overwhelmingly painful. No medication seemed to improve our situation, leading us to the decision to end our marriage.” The husband did not dispute the claims, indicating a mutual agreement to dissolve the union, contingent upon the full reimbursement of dowry and courtship expenses without delay.
