Naom Kemunto, a tenacious student hailing from Jomo Kenyatta University of Agriculture and Technology (JKUAT), recently commemorated her graduation after an extraordinary seven-year journey, where she worked in a tea plantation to overcome financial impediments and fund her education.

Originating from a modest background in Nyamira, Kemunto enrolled at JKUAT in 2017 with the ambition of obtaining a degree in Food Science and Nutrition.
