A lady in Bungoma County, Kenya, lost her composure and bit her father-in-law Vincent Simiyu, 78 in his privates during an altercation between the two of them.
In a NTV-produced video, Vincent Simiyu, 78, who is currently recovering from his injuries, claimed that his daughter-in-law bit him in the upper chest to start the assault before moving on to his private areas.
“She was so angry that she threw a stone at me, causing me to lose my balance and fall. After that, she placed her head on my chest.”
“Alikua na hasira, alichukua mawe akanipiga kwa mgongo, nikaanguka chini, akaniangukia, akanikalia kwa kifua,” he said.
“Aliniuma, ata sai nalia tu, alikunja longi akaweka weka mdomo yake akaniuma sehemu yangu ya siri,” he narrated.
“Alikua napigana huko kwa soko na mwanamke mwingine, akisema amemnyanganya bwana,” he said.
Vincent reported that the battle began when he was summoned to the market to separate a dispute between his son-in-law and an alleged co-wife. Vincent was called to the market to separate the arguments.
She had a dispute with another lady, whom she suspected of having an affair with her husband, and the dispute escalated into a fight.
The police have launched a search for the perpetrator, who is still at large.
Since then, the Bungoma police station has been informed about the situation, and a probe has been started.
