Tragedy struck in Nashville on August 25, 2025, when 42-year-old Keiona Wilson lost her life after a heated confrontation with another woman she believed was romantically involved with her husband.
The deadly encounter unfolded at a residence on Scalf Drive, shocking the quiet community.
According to police reports, Wilson became suspicious after spotting her husband’s car parked outside the home of Keosha Greer, also 42. She moved the vehicle to the front of the house before initiating a verbal confrontation with Greer through the home’s security camera speaker.
The argument escalated as Wilson demanded to know whether her husband was inside. Matters turned dangerous when Wilson allegedly tried to force her way into the house, prompting Greer to fire a shot through the door that narrowly missed her.
Undeterred, Wilson gained entry, sparking a violent physical altercation between the two women. During the struggle, a second gunshot rang out, striking Wilson in the stomach.
Despite her grave injury, Wilson managed to get back into her husband’s car and drive a short distance. She stopped outside the Madison Police Precinct, where she flagged down an officer for help.
She was rushed to Skyline Medical Centre but, sadly, did not survive her injuries.
The incident remains under investigation as police work to determine the full circumstances surrounding the fatal confrontation.
