Alex Mwakideu Makes finally U-turn on Leaving Milele FM

Media personality Alex Mwakideu has reversed his decision to leave Milele FM, according to a recent announcement.

In a social media post, Alex Mwakideu explained that the previous discord between him and the radio station has now been resolved. Consequently, he has opted to continue his role at the radio station.

In an appreciative tone, the radio presenter expressed gratitude towards his supporters for standing by him.

“Surprisingly, I’m still here at Milele FM. It seems you all have a soft spot for me… thank you so much. Your phone calls and text messages have been overwhelming. We encountered a minor disagreement, but we’ve managed to sort it out. Thus, we’re back on track! Let the journey at Milele continue!”

This change of heart occurred shortly after he had initially declared his departure from the Media Max-owned station, asserting that the time had come for him to embark on a new path.

Having spent five years working at the station, Alex Mwakideu stated that he had concluded this chapter of his career and was eagerly anticipating his forthcoming endeavors. He took the opportunity to express his appreciation to his dedicated listeners and colleagues.

“Wow! Five amazing years at Milele FM. I’ve thoroughly enjoyed it! I want to extend a profound THANK YOU to you, the listeners, because without your support, there would be no radio! You are the driving force behind our efforts in the realm of radio. I also want to express my heartfelt gratitude to all my colleagues, both those I’m leaving behind and those who have already departed Milele FM. Your contributions are invaluable. Together, we created something remarkable, and now it’s time to turn the page. Onto the next adventure! Care to guess where we’re headed next…?”

On August 8th, popular comedian Mulamwah publicly severed ties with the station after a tenure of just over one year and three months.

In a formal statement, Mulamwah explained that his decision stemmed from a contractual disagreement with the station’s management.
