Akothee has characterized her Swiss former husband, Denis Schwezier, also known as Omosh, as a habitual liar. This revelation came to light when Akothee’s children, particularly her eldest daughter Vesha, discerned Omosh’s dishonesty and attempted to caution their mother.
Vesha observed Omosh’s delusional behavior and earnestly warned her mother about it. Despite these warning signs, Akothee chose to overlook the red flags. Omosh, it is reported, skillfully manipulated Akothee and even took control of her social media accounts at one point.
Following their extravagant wedding and honeymoon, Akothee discovered a troubling fact: Omosh’s ex-girlfriend had tragically taken her own life in 2019. Akothee’s children had sensed Omosh’s deceptive nature early on.
According to Akothee, Vesha had alerted her, saying, “Mum, your guy is delusional. This guy is delusional.” A revealing incident occurred after their honeymoon when they returned to Kenya, and Omosh traveled back to Switzerland. It was then that Akothee unraveled the truth about his past, learning about his ex-girlfriend’s tragic end.
Confronted about this distressing revelation, Omosh offered excuses and deflected blame onto the women he had been involved with in the past. Akothee, disillusioned by the lies and manipulation, eventually ended her relationship with Omosh a few months after their lavish wedding, which had notable figures in attendance, including Mama Ida, the wife of Raila Odinga.
