Tanzanian Bongo sensation Diamond Platnumz is presently under medical care for a severe fever at a hospital in Arusha, where he has been admitted.
Taking to his social media platforms, the artist shared the news with his dedicated fan base. He even shared a video from his hospital bed, with a physician attending to him while an intravenous drip was administered.
In his message to his followers, Diamond expressed his desire to regain his strength during the recovery process and earnestly requested their continued prayers. He remains optimistic about resuming his much-anticipated performance at the Wasafi Festival event in the serene Eden Garden in Arusha, desiring to be in robust health when the time comes.
In his words, “My day today started on a rough note in Arusha, as I battled a high fever that led to my temporary hospitalization. I’m thankful to God that I’m now on the mend and gaining strength. I implore you to keep praying for me, that I may gather more strength and shine on the Wasafi Festival Show.”
This hospitalization was not the artist’s first brush with health issues during the holiday season. On his Instagram profile, Diamond Platnumz posted photographs of himself in the hospital, receiving medical attention through an IV drip, describing it as a “challenging Christmas this year.”
