Kirinyaga County Women Rep, Wangui Ngirici has cautioned President Uhuru not to field a candidate in the upcoming Kiambaa By-elections scheduled for July 15, 2021.
Ngirici in a video seen by muranganewspaper.co.ke on Tuesday, 25 May told Uhuru to consider his latest moves in fielding a candidate or risk facing another humiliation as seen in Juja and Rurii by elections where Jubilee lost to Moses Kuria’s PEP candidate, George Koimburi who emerged winner in Juja.
“Bwana Rais! Wacha Nikwambie ya Kwamba Wembe Ni Ule Ule!”
“Kichapo ni Kile Kile! Haiwezekani ata wakati mtu mwingine anapewa ticket na Chama, wewe Unaitia Watu viti kwa maboardrooms,” Ngirici stated.
Ngirici also told the President to bring his house to order after Damaris Waiganjo’s drama where she was forced to withdraw her support for UDA in Kiambaa following threats from Jubilee’s top leadership.
