Nairobi MP Babu Owino has once again stirred political debate with a sharp critique of internal dynamics within the Orange Democratic Movement (ODM).
In a bold statement, Babu Owino claimed that some leaders aligned with Oburu Odinga allegedly pushed certain members out of ODM, leaving the party intact under their control. He said that he, together with Edwin Sifuna, chose to leave the party along with a segment of its members.
“Wakina Oburu walitufukuza ODM wakabaki na chama lakini sisi pamoja na Sifuna tuliondoka na wanachama wote,” he stated, highlighting perceived divisions and grievances over leadership and party management.
