Murang’a County lady Representative, Sabina Chege, has reacted to a viral photograph where she was seen crying during former Prime Minister Raila Odinga’s Azimio La Umoja rally at Ihura Stadium in Murang’a county on Saturday.
In the photograph, Sabina, who is among Mt Kenya pioneers lobbying for Raila, showed up as though she was crying and wiping her face with a cloth.
A section of Kenyans thought Sabina was crying or was in an awkward circumstance.Some of her bodyguards can be seen trying to pave way for her amidst the confrontation.
Different Kenyans claimed that she was crying on the grounds that the rally was poorly attended regardless of the money she had spent on mobilisation.
In a tweet on Monday, Sabina revealed what occurred and why many thought she was crying.
“So funny how people translate things, who can’t clearly see I was adjusting my MASK and these guys are making a way for me?
“Thank you all for your support during the Ihura Stadium #AzimioMtaaniMuranga @RailaOdinga karibu Murang’a tena.Nawapenda. #Ngaimbere#PeaceAndLove,” Sabina stated.
