Later on, his mother passed away in 2006, and he was raised by his uncles, grandmother, and stepmother.

He expressed deep regret that he never had the chance to tell her how much he loved her before she passed away. In his post, he thanked her for making him the man he is today and lamented the pain of never being able to express his love for her while she was alive.
