For many diehard fans of the popular TV show Tahidi High, two names stand out—Sarah Hassan, who played Tanya, and Dennis Mugo, famously known as OJ.
The two captured the hearts of viewers across the country with their chemistry and entertaining high school antics on screen.
While Tanya remained a familiar face on TV before relocating to the USA, OJ slowly disappeared from the limelight and transitioned into a behind-the-scenes role as a producer.
So, what has OJ been up to since then?
Recent photos circulating online show a mature and composed OJ, a far cry from past allegations of struggles after leaving Tahidi High. He is now a family man, married and raising a son with his beautiful wife.
Many fans once believed OJ and Tanya were dating due to their on-screen chemistry. However, that wasn’t the case.
OJ, who also served as an assistant director on the show, exited after six years. At the time, he explained that the decision was driven by the need to keep the show believable.
“You can only fool the audience for so long,” he said in a 2014 interview.
