Citizens are getting conned in broad daylight with the simplest tricks.Well, a Thika lady has hilariously narrated how she and her daughter were conned a phone while they were at their shop.
The lady taking to Facebook narrated the new con game in town warning Kenyans to be extra careful while dealing with unidentified individuals.
She said that a stranger approached her shop and begged for a phone to make a call to a distant relative.
The lady gave him her daughter’s phone and the man left a luggage in the shop and proceeded to make a call out of the shop.
Seeing that he took too much time on phone, the lady went to check on him and found that he had long disappeared to thin air.
She went to check the luggage only to find that it was only rocks inside it.
