Nigerian bodybuilder Andrew Jacked has made history after winning the 2026 Men’s Open title at the Arnold Classic during the 38th Arnold Sports Festival held in Columbus.
Andrew Jacked delivered a standout performance on stage, defeating a strong lineup of elite competitors. Among those he outperformed were former Mr. Olympia champion Hadi Choopan and Nick Walker, who won the Arnold Classic title in 2021.
The victory earned Jacked a record-breaking prize of $750,000, equivalent to about KSh 97.5 million, marking the largest prize purse ever awarded in professional bodybuilding history. The massive payout reflects the growing prestige and commercial success of the Arnold Classic competition.
Andrew Jacked’s triumph is also a major milestone for African bodybuilding, with many fans celebrating his victory as a proud moment for Nigeria and the continent at large. His win further cements his status as one of the most formidable athletes in modern professional bodybuilding.
