Kennedy Mwenda, 29, has found himself between a rock and a hard place, after being taken to court by his wife Emelda Muyunda, 28, who was seriously seeking a divorce following serial infidelity allegations.
As indicated by the source, Emelda filed a case at the corridors of justice seeking for the divorce, after learning that her husband had already impregnated her younger sister, only to give a lame excuse that he (Mwenda) went out of their wedlock after finding out that she (Emelda) was also cheating on him.
However, according to the files in court, Emelda argued that her husband had no moral grounds to complain that he was being cheated on, because he only found a sneaky picture of another man on her WhatsApp but did not produce concrete evidence that she was cheating on him.
On the other hand, Kennedy Mwenda argued that he was right to cheat on his wife with her younger sister, because she (Emelda) pushed him into doing so, after he found flirty messages on her phone that were directly linked to the explicit photo of the suspicious man he found on her Whatsapp.
Upon admitting that he impregnated Emelda’s sister, the court opted to dissolve their marriage after ordering Kennedy Mwenda to pay KSh 33,500 in compensation and indicated that their marriage was in a totally complicated state.
Aside from that Mwenda was also ordered to be providing Ksh 2,700 per month, meant to be supporting their two year old daughter, but affirmed that the child will still remain in Emelda’s custody.
