Famous Kikuyu gospel artist, Dennis Mutara, vanished from the spotlight last year after he was involved in a shocking road accident in Murang’a while driving under the influence of alcohol.
The mishap left him with serious injuries and brought his flourishing music profession to astop.
He was even compelled to return to the village after friends deserted him.
Mutara sunk to depression in the village after his fortunes dwindled and turned into a drunkard.
After his dismal story was featured last year by a famous Youtuber, well-wishers came to his rescue.
He was first taken to a rehabiliation centre where he remained for months.
Subsequent to recuperating from liquor addiction, he has returned to the music scene with a bang.
Same well-wishers who took him to recovery have gifted him another Mark X to facilitate his development to ease his movement as he pursues his music career.
Famous Kikuyu emcee Karangu Muraya shared photographs of Mutara’s new vehicle and said thanks to every one of the individuals who donated money to support the project.
The vehicle was anointed at Blue Springs hotel along Thika Road and officially handed over to him.
