Justina Syokau: “I Spent Over Ksh 3 Million On My Nyash, wanaume Wanaitaka”

The Twendy Twendy sensation, Justina Syokau, engaged in a candid conversation with Dr. Ofweneke on TV 47, shedding light on various facets of her music career and personal life.

Discussing her Enlarged Derrière
The controversial artist disclosed that she spent 3 million Kenyan shillings to augment her derrière, a procedure undertaken in the United States. However, the initial endeavor did not yield satisfactory results, prompting her to seek corrective measures at an additional cost of 600,000 Kenyan shillings.

“I went to the US and instructed the doctor to remove fat from my stomach and back and place it at the back. The process cost me 3 million. However, later on, I realized it wasn’t sitting well. It needed maintenance. It was so heavy, and it was hanging on one side,” she shared.

Expressing her plans for 2023, Syokau declared it as her year of repose, with intentions to expand her horizons.

“2023 is my year to rest while expanding my boundaries.”

Justina Syokau’s Single Status
Syokau revealed to Dr. Ofweneke that she remains single and is actively seeking a life partner. The singer candidly discussed the challenges she faced in finding a husband throughout 2022.

“I am still in the market. I am still single. I haven’t found a husband yet,” she admitted.

Syokau recounted her unsuccessful attempts, including expressing interest in various Kenyan celebrities. She narrated how her crush on Ryvanny in the previous year did not materialize, as he was more interested in a collaboration. Additionally, she admitted having a crush on gospel singer Ringtone Apoko, only to discover that his proclaimed lavish lifestyle was a facade.

“I also had a crush on Ringtone Apoko. I really wanted him, but I realized there’s no such thing as a mansion and cars,” she added.

Regarding the qualities she seeks in a husband, Syokau emphasized the importance of wealth and prowess in the bedroom.

“I want someone who has money. Probably a billionaire. When we go to the supermarket, I pick whatever I want. But he must also be good in bed; otherwise, we won’t be doing anything productive.”

The Controversial Hit Song
Addressing the controversy surrounding her hit song ‘Twendy Twendy, three ni mwaka wa kupanuliwa,’ Syokau clarified that her use of the term ‘kupanuliwa’ was not a gimmick for attention. According to her, the word signifies extension, explaining her choice.

She dismissed allegations that her songs foretell negative events, with Dr. Ofweneke noting that Syokau sang about 2020 before the onset of the pandemic. Syokau asserted that her music conveys her desires for divine intervention, refuting claims of practicing witchcraft.

“In my recent video, you saw me crying. People say I’m a witch. That is not true. When I sing, I speak on what I want God to do for me. But you see, when a man fails to find a wife and money, he blames me.”
