One of Kenya’s most renowned and talented rappers, Khaligraph Jones, also known as OG, has recently become the proud owner of the latest Lexus in town. In a video posted on his official Instagram page, Khaligraph showcased his brand new Lexus LX 570 2023 model, complete with its new number plate.
This addition has now become one of the many luxurious cars in OG’s collection. His fleet already includes two Range Rovers, a Chrysler, and several Mercedes Benz vehicles.
The 2023 Lexus LX is a decent SUV with luxurious finishes and spacious seating in the first row. However, the second-row space is average, and the third row is cramped. The infotainment system works well, but some of the controls are awkwardly placed. The LX is powered by a strong engine, making it a luxury large SUV with relatively good maneuverability. However, it offers a floaty and unsteady ride.
This luxurious car is worth millions, equipped with a V8 engine. In Kenya, it costs between Ksh. 22 to 25 million. Since it’s an imported car, the importation and clearance fee raise the cost to over Ksh. 25 million.
Only a few wealthy individuals in Kenya can afford this car, and it’s typically linked to a lavish lifestyle. President Ruto also uses the Lexus LX 570 2023 model as his official car. Among Kenya’s musicians, only Khaligraph Jones and Krg the Don own this car.
