“If I Die I Die!” Chokuu Responds To HIV Rumors With Clarity

“I’ve accepted myself, and I’m living my life the way I want to. If I die, I die!” declared Chokuu, who identifies as a lady.

During a recent conversation on TikTok with Nyako, Chokuu addressed ongoing rumors surrounding his HIV status and shared insights into various aspects of his life.

The TikTok duo of Nyako and gay activist Mpenzi Chokuu has been enthralling audiences with their live broadcasts. Their unique dynamic, once marked by legal conflicts, has piqued the curiosity of many.

One of the most impactful moments during their live session occurred when Chokuu seized the opportunity to challenge the stigma frequently associated with HIV/AIDS within the context of his sexual orientation.

Without mincing words, he criticized those who had persistently cautioned him about the risks of contracting HIV due to his sexual orientation. Chokuu emphatically emphasized that HIV knows no sexual boundaries and can affect anyone, regardless of their sexual preference.

Furthermore, Chokuu downplayed assertions of his ill health, emphasizing his dedication to living in the present moment rather than worrying about the future. He remarked, “For now, we live in the present. In ten years, we’ll deal with whatever comes, even if it means wearing diapers. Maybe we’ll be retired by then. I’ve been in this journey for over two decades, and I’m still here, standing strong.”

“I’ve embraced who I am and living life on my terms. If death comes, so be it. When I’m alive, let me live,” he candidly admitted. Chokuu also revealed a personal facet of his identity, affirming that he identifies as a woman and has never engaged in sexual relations with women.
