Kikuyu Mugithi singer, Gathoni Wa Waweru better known as Gathoni Diva has been arrested for allegedly killing her husband.
Diva is said to have stabbed her husband four times after he came in late and drunk where he died while receiving treatment.
The Mugithi singer said that she was defending herself when the untimely incident happened.
The talented singer came into the limelight after doing a cover song for Sauti Sol’s Suzanna song.
The cover song has close to 1 million views on Youtube.
