Andrew Kibe’s fans found themselves caught up in the ongoing drama between the controversial content creator and KRG The Don, as the artist revived their intense online feud. Taking the opportunity on the red carpet for the “Wash Wash 4 Icon,” a film produced by comedian Terence Creative, KRG The Don didn’t hold back in throwing verbal jabs at the former radio presenter.
During the interview, the artist was questioned about his thoughts on Kibe’s Graduation party, which occurred on December 3rd. The event also marked the launch of Yafreeka, an African-owned browser with plans for upgrades to compete with platforms like YouTube or TikTok.
In response, The Don dismissed Kibe as a “no-bite” individual, asserting that his online numbers and influence were merely illusions. He emphasized the belief that those who make noise online without offline substance cannot achieve real success. According to The Don, Kibe mistakenly assumed people would support him based on online comments, and the artist labeled him as a teacher who couldn’t draw a crowd at events.
The artist argued that Kibe’s Graduation party was destined to fail because his fan base primarily comprised young men who spent their time at home engaging in unproductive activities. According to The Don, these individuals lacked the financial means to attend the concert or support a fellow foolish individual, as he put it.
The tension between the two celebrities dates back to an online beef instigated by Kibe, who went as far as giving The Don a derogatory nickname, “KRG The Donkey.” This nickname has since become widely used in social media spaces.
The feud escalated when The Don threatened physical confrontation with Kibe upon his return to the country, vowing to teach him a lesson and ensure he refrained from including the artist’s name in his content. However, these threats proved empty, as The Don was nowhere to be seen at the airport on the expected arrival date.
